220 Self Storage is a self-service storage business based out of Ridgeland that provides storage units in different types and sizes for any personal, business or recreational item. Whether you’re looking to clear space from an extra closet, or wishing to store valuable documents from your business, 220 Self Storage in Ridgeland is for you. We offer secure, clean and easily-accessible storage solutions at a low price.
We provide a variety of unit sizes and types based on your specific need. If you have questions regarding which size is right for you, please review our storage unit size guide to find exactly the storage space you may require. If you have any additional questions regarding unit sizes, storage types, or prices, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 601-956-3421.
You can give anyone access to your storage facility, but that person must be previously authorized by you in person. We provide a unique access code for our customers to access their unit 7 days a week. We do not provide anyone access to your unit unless you have added them in-person to your access privilege list. This ensures the safety of your belongings.
All of our facilities offer unique storage sizes and types. Common unit types include:
Climate Controlled Units: We designed our climate-controlled storage units to be kept at a temperature range between 55 and 85 degrees (F). We have found this is the optimal temperature range for storing your valuables or environmentally-sensitive items. Our climate-controlled storage units are indoor units that are designed to maintain stable temperatures, giving you peace of mind knowing your most precious possessions will be better protected from damage during the hot Summers and cold Winter months.
Drive-Up Storage Units: This type of unit is ideal if you want quick, easy access to your items. After entering though our secure gate using your unique access code, you can drive straight up to your unit, park, unload, and take off. Our roll-up doors make accessing your unit a breeze and save space unlike their swinging-door counterparts. While this is often the most convenient method of storage, it offers slightly less protection from the elements than climate controlled storage. However, Drive-Up storage is easily the most popular form of storage, mostly for its quick access.
Rent your unit for as long (or short) as you need! We bill in monthly increments for our month-month leases. We prefer a 10-day notice when a tenant decides to vacate their unit.
Insurance for your items is not a requirement at 220 Self Storage, but keep in mind that renting a storage unit is similar to renting an apartment. The same way your landlord doesn’t insure your personal belongings, 220 Self Storage doesn’t insure your items either. We do offer insurance plans through our facility. Please consult our facility manager about monthly premiums.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, cash and money orders.
